Yoga is an opportunity

Experiential workshops pave the way for an exploration of yoga through practice and theory. Creative and insightful, workshops are an opportunity to take time for ourselves in a peaceful environment. Through movement and breath, sound and stillness we will explore just some of the many possibilities that yoga can bring both on and off the mat.

A 3.5 hour workshop providing you with the opportunity to explore Yoga through body, breath and mind.

What to expect:

  • Creative movement
  • Breath centred practices
  • Explorations of sound
  • Guided relaxation and meditation
This nourishing workshop will be designed to explore the vibrant energy of Spring and how re-emergence, hope and new growth can go on to inspire us both on and off the mat. I will guide you through an afternoon of creative movement and breath work, sound and stillness during which we will delve into our connections, make space for our own renewals and take some time out to reconnect to our inner world.
This workshop is open to all regardless of experience.

Investment - £35 or £30 concession (low-wage, unemployed, student, over 60).

Venue - Magdalene Centre, Mottram Road, Broadbottom, Greater Manchester, SK14 6BB

Includes support materials and light refreshments. Mats and supportive equipment will be available for use. If you have your own equipment please do bring it along with you. You may wish to bring a blanket and pillow for additional comfort.

Creativity and Connection

An accessible one day workshop for coaches, health professionals, trainers and practitioners as well as anyone wishing to explore their own creativity and how they can hold a creative and meaningful space with others.

Friday 5th April 2019 – 9.30am - 4.30pm (Fee: £125)
