Yoga in Broadbottom with Helen Roscoe

Body, breath & mind

‘Yoga is not a path towards something, but a direct engagement with your own life.’ Mark Whitwell, Heart of Yoga.

Yoga is an opportunity

Through movement and breath, sound and stillness we will explore just some of the many possibilities that yoga can bring both on and off the mat.
